A family-run business, we originated as a small Copy Shop on Washington Street. Moving and growing with the times we offer up-to-date services to our broad client base. We have listened to our customers over the past 20 years and always pride ourselves on offering a customer service that is both professional and enjoyable.
We have a diverse team with wide and varied experience in design and print. We have in-house graphic designers, interior designers, business-heads and fantastic trades and craftsmen. Ciarán: Co-owner & Managing Director
With the company in its various guises since the age of 17. Needs to be fed on a regular basis to avoid becoming Hangry. Enjoys Golf, Narcos and Jameson on ice.
Katie: Co-Owner & Interior Designer
Sparkling personality (and jewellery). A ray of sunshine who enjoys Mad Men and the odd Whiskey & Ginger Ale with a chunk of lime. Katie both practices and teaches Interior Design as well as keeping the office sane.
Mark: Senior Graphic Designer
Poster aficionado. Enjoys Cork Film Festival, loud music and anything designed by the Bauhaus. Occasionally seen at the back of a gig. Enjoys a challenge, thankfully.
Alison: Graphic Designer
When not brushing up on the works of Saul Bass, Alison enjoys late gigs, the occasional trip to Boojum and the music of Queens of the Stone Age. Will one day marry Dave Grohl.
Eibhlis: Accounts
The real boss at Urban Design & Print. Enjoys Friends and is catching up on Stranger Things very slowly, so no Spoilers! Eibhlís is the smiling face of Urban, which is why she sits at the front.
Ken: Sales and SignageOver 20 years experience in printing and signage “I do it my way!”. Ken’s favourite series is Spartacus and not Game of Throws, with Macauley Culkitt. Ken is a Belieber, since Despacito, but don’t tell anyone.
Paul: Printer
With an uncanny eye for detail, Paul is like an Eagle-Eyes Action Man with a liking for Scones and Manchester Utd… he has all their best T-shirts! Paul has an infectious laugh, mostly at the right times too…
